Biden needs tests

Biden will need millions and millions of tests, even with a vaccine coming, just to get the economy flowing again.

Biden will enact the war measures act and license the production (after Emergency Use Authorization) of SONA in the states through CYTIVA.

This will not only show Biden extending an olive branch to Canada in an attempt to re-connect with its best trading partner and neighbour.
