RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Sona nanotech Hi Lou - thanks for the advice much appreciated. I know exactly what CTAB-free is and means having spent 2 decades working in this sector. Being CTAB-free makes no difference to a lateral flow assay, and as the chances of SONA achieving a commercialized in-vivo application using the GNRs is effectively zero, it is meaningless here also. It's simply a piece of marketing aimed at gullible investors.
Regarding MRI I am sick of the sound of my own voice, but I will state it once again. MRI Global DID NOT VALIDATE SONA'S TEST. Please go to https://sonanano.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/MRI_Global_Testing_Report.pdf and show me the sensitivity and specitivity data they generated. As I have stated for 6 months, you won't be able to because it doesn't exist. It's there on SONA's website in black and white (or more accurately, it isn't). SONA wrote their NR in an underhand manner, subtley suggesting MRI produced sens and spec numbers. THEY DID NOT. The test was self-validated by SONA's own in-house lab study. So, one last time for the hard of understanding: MRI GLOBAL DID NOT VALIDATE SONA'S COVID TEST. The proof is available for all to see on the SONA website
In this sector the only data that truly matters is in-field, clinical studies. You can generate as many analytical lab studies as you want but clinical data is king. SONA's clinical study is weak, being run (inexplicably) in Saudi Arabia, on the absolute minimum of samples. Ultimately, the data is not good enough and this is why it has been 'withdrawn'.
If you feel confident SONA will return to $10 then fine, good luck to you. Maybe they will if they get an approval somewhere. But please take my advice: ignore the pumpers here and on CEO and twitter etc; they are full of BS and its getting worse as they are now underwater on their investments. You need to realize a lot of people have been sucked into something they really didn't understand, and have lost lots of $$ as a result.
