Ottawa-based Spartan Bioscience has received Health Canada approval for its made-in-Canada rapid COVID-19 test, authorizing the sale of the device.

"The Spartan COVID-19 System offers the speed and ease of use of a rapid test, while using the technology of lab-based COVID-19 testing solutions,"

Awsm11 wrote: I heard the ontario govt folks talking about the fact that they need rapid testing in all of the schools, ltc facilities, hospitals, airports, points of entry, etc...etc..

and the list goes on.

Sona just needs to get this back to HC to get them a Canadian Approach. Just like the vaccine, we need to develop something at home so that we do not get left out.
