Mixed emotions reading through the MD&A. The discussion of potential patent issues is somewhat concerning. What's everyone's take on it? Is this just a required risk assessment for investors to be aware of?

that is all standard language...nothing to worry about...They mentioned that they expect validation to be completed in the near future...if they heard anything negative it would have been released already. Everything is going well

On May 12th I posted that I was told or had read that Sonas IP or patents were being challenged.

The company hasnt mentioned a lot regarding delays etc. but you don't want to go there do you. One of the experts on this site who claim to get direct info from management should ask that question via email and get the reply in writing. That is not asking too much if they have nothing to hide. I have tried to contact them and never received a reply.
