This is probably to assembly kit sample to send to some country or company for evaluation before making a buy contract. IMO

We already know that they have set up manufacturing agreements with at least 2 foreign companies. What I am wondering is if there is any connection between the recent " awaiting response from the manufacturer" and then this advert implying a step-up in Canadian supply. Only a thought.

Maybe the hire was for the Concussion project announced or an axillary to the TB Bovine project in the UK, or the 2.0 saliva upgrade they talked about. There are many reasons to hire. IMO

lol of course 2-4 people aren't making all the tests.
