Sona wants higher Share Price- look at their options grants

I think the share price will go up soon and this is why. All the senior management and employees got stung by the share price collapse like all of us. According to the insider reports, none of them, except one guy, cashed out their common stock and options. So they all got f'ed like the rest of us. Some have a few $0.20 options. Tese are not worth execising at the current share price.  Almost all the options have exercise price of $0.35, $0.60, $6.55 and and $7.47. For David Regan and Darren Rowles and the Directors, this company is only worth hanging around  if the share price goes well over $2. I don't know what they will do but I think they will do something to get the stock over $2 in the next 12 months.  I would appreciate good discussion, not the regular garbage that comes out from some of you. If you want to $hit on me for offering a point of view, then I will come after you much more aggressively and I will enjoy insulting you the way you do to others.. BTW I have put kaiser, dart and moemoney on IGNORE. interesting find, thank you.  You are right, right now few are exercisable. It should be a good swing stock to play, they will not bring it up in a straight line.

The management, directors and employees are no different from all the investors that got burned. When it was over $10, they were all millionaires. They are just as  pissed of at missing their chance. They will be anxious to move the stock price up so they can cash in their options. I have now bought back in with $0.33 and $0.35 purchases last week. Its a decent starting position. I think

Thanks. Each would have made out with over $2M if they exercised when the share price was $10. I'm sure they are kicking themselves. They will want to get soething forthe options before July 21. That's why I think they will do something soon to get the share price up.

Bluebeard - you keep saying 'they're going to do something to get the stock price up' What exactly? SONAs product (nanorods) have failed, repeatedly, in the middle of a global pandemic. They've wasted millions of taxpayers $ developing tests that don't work. Pre-COVID, the stock actually hit a cent at one point (Dec 19) after a series of projects and collaborations delivered

In any case, I bought this "absolute car crash" in the mid and low 30's cents. To clarify.  Rob Randall's 50 k options expire on July 11, 2021.  He does not have any that expire on July 21,2021.  Listed his name under options expiring July 21,2021 in error.   I still hold some shares of Sona.  To be honest, dont know what future holds.  Have made money overall on Sona but it would have been a lot more if things had succeeded.  Got

LOL nobody knows squat, the only thing of interest was. Why was there very heavy buying in the last 30 mins of the trading day Friday, almost a million shares changed hands. Things like that are not normal there has to be a reason. I am sure they will tell us in due time.

Have never talked to the company, bought this over a year ago when they vended this asset into a shell that you know who controlled so it wasn't hard to guess he was going to boot it to the moon. There might be a very small chance they are selling V1 in the EU, I give that possibility a 1% chance if that. The tech might be worth 30 cents a share and that is only because they where given a few bucks to look into the cow thing. What's the chance they are able to develope that, I would say very small one only has to look at what they did with the covid feasco.
