August CSE filing Form-7 has been issued
The August CSE Form-7 was issued. See https://www.thecse.com/en/listings/technology/sona-nanotech-inc There is nothing earth shatering there. A few new points that were not in the July report: (1) the report says "Sona's business and operations during the mont of August focused on the development of rapid diagnostic tests and the development of oits research...." This is a very broad statement. If I were to take Sona on its words, it looks like they are working on something but have not made enough material progress to report on this; (2) The report says "During the month, management guided the development of rapid diagnostic tests and advanced discussions with potential partners for the dewvelopment and commercialization of these tests.....". They say they are in advanced discussions. Again, nothing was nailed down enough to materially report on. (3) they add statements that were not in the last report on the continued spread of the Delta variant and the need for rapid testing. This was not in the July report. I interpret this as they are continuing to work on the covid-19 test. As in (1) and (2), they are not giving any specifics and again have not made enough progress to report on a result that is material. It looks like they are working, but have nothing significant to report.

If SONA is still operating in 3 months time it will be a miracle. The company is the perfect storm of 1) poor tech 2) dire management and 3) no plan. These monthly reports are laughable. They can't even go a page without numerous spelling errors FFS. Clowns
