RE:Buyers beware!

As I posted a few times on this board and expressed my opinions.  You should have listened to people who have different opinions.  They may see things differently from yours, and may cause you to do more researches

When I did my research on SPEY, 1st thing I noticed on their presentation that they are going to produce lithium in 2022.  How on earth when you don't have drilling results, resource, PEA, PFS, and DFS, then you are telling investors that you will be in production 1 year later?  This is a RED flag for me.

Second thing fo rme when I see their NR that they are in offtake discussions with OEM and battery producers.  When you have NOTHING, what are you goibg to sell? Mouse Paste?

Third thing I did was to go to A.I.S. web site to find out what they did on the property in the past, and then you should ask yourselves that If the project is so great, why someone is willing to share 50% with you?

I am a P.Eng, and exclusively investing in mining stocks. Although my opinions are not imporatnt, but this diferent opinion should have make you to have a second thought on your investment.  On the venture exchange, not all management are hornest and doing best for investors.  Some are trying to find and mine the minerals for investors, and some are just mining the stock market.

BTW, Spey's CEO is also another company's CEO called MUSK METALS, and you shoud find out what happened with this company.

Good luck to all, this is my last post on this board.
