Pump & dumps generally don't end well for retail buyers. It's not a good sign when someone can hit the bid with 1000 shares and decrease the share price. This is too thinly traded. Jimmy the pumper is a paid pumper.

that is a thinly traded market. that is the market in this exchange has no market maker support or company support via share buybacks.

it's not pump and dump when daily price difference is 25% for penny stocks because it's a thinly traded market or exchange. the stocks trade like derivatives or options..
