The Company’s primary projects include four projects in Clayton Valley, Nevada, such as the McGee lithium clay deposit, the Elon lithium brine project, Green Clay lithium project, and the Clayton Ridge project. Its other primary projects include the Perron-East gold project consisting of five mineral claim blocks covering 11,608 acres located in the Abitibi greenstone belt of Northwestern Quebec in the direct vicinity of Amex Exploration Inc.'s Perron property and past-producing Normetal mine. Its Chibougamau vanadium project is located in the direct vicinity of Lac Chibougamau, Quebec.

Hi BB,
I was aware of that, that's why I was curious.  I know why reverse splits are done, but never seen it the other way except in the big stocks where the price gets too high - didn't Rim or Google do it?  Just looking for input and points of view, certainly not bashing something I own.
