Ok I’ll try to explain options to the 5 year old investorOptions are approved and granted
free of charge by the company (board of directors) as incentive/reward for work performed on the company’s behalf. At a strike price in this case at 81/2 cents.
Options would then be bought at .085 with shares issued to the employee or directors do as he please.
NO OPTIONS WERE EVERCICED AT .085 Why would a director pay .085 when you can buy them on the open market for .07? GET IT???
