RE:Management are so Predictable...Time for Change!You need to understand the dynamics here. # 1. The only thing the board of directors/management control daily in SPMT are their bowel movements. # 2. One guy = shell-owner pulls the strings from behind the scenes. He's only in the game to sell as much stock as he can before the bottom falls out & he needs to rollback the company & re-name it. #.3 There is no intention to do anything but stake claims near real exploration companies with recent discoveries to create news. They send out a few Geo school college students to kick around some dirt & call it an "opration" & or exploration program. They spend very little on exploration because SPMT needs to pay the salary of the directors so the one guy can keep spinning out meaningless news to sell stock.
