I'm here to dissuade potential investors from investing in this company blindly. I hope to help undecided SPMT investors make informed choices. I don't like to see people get bilked out of there money. My suspicion is that something isn't right here. Thats why I sold my shares.

I am not short. I don't want your shares.

I will not buy SPMT shares again unless managment reforms. I want to see this company prove up a gold/silver resource to create shareholder value. Lithium is the wrong way to go, in my opinion. Marketing and closeology without exploration needs to stop. You, investors, who have put your money on the line for this company deserve honest clear communication from management. 

Results matter. Integrity matters. I gave the management of this company a fair chance. But after reading all the posts going back from November, 2019, forward, I became alarmed with what I saw. 

This is a bullboard. One should expect to see for and against commentary. Nobody has to own a wack of shares to speak. Just like the guy who bought millions of shares at a penny can shares his optimistic outlook has a right to post.  

My motives are altruistic. I don't see investment as a zero sum game. I am a canary in the coal mine warning people that something isn't right. If you don't want to listen that is your right. Go ahead and put me on ignore. Still, many do want to hear from the non cheerleader types, like me. Do not shoot the messager just because you don't like what you hear.
