Wrong.  That comment makes no sense.  There was no "option to buy warrants" anywhere.  You exercise them;both.  Maybe go exercise your brain too ;).

Each whole warrant is exercisable into one share that is not a flow-through share at an exercise price of 30 cents until May 12, 2023. They don't have to exercise the warrants but they have the option to if they want.
