Likely a few conspiring among themselves to sell shares "back and forth" to each other to manipulate weaker hands into selling into their bids thereby allowing them (the manipulators) to quietly accumulate......all the while at the expense of the weaker hands. How many shares they actually purchase in this way is anyones guess ?
