Started Buying SPMT because of very low Debt and Liability

With 2 million tons of Lithium LCE plus very low total debt & liability, SPMT is interesting at this entry point.

Low total debt? They should have zero. Liability? They have plenty; Jason & Jim, to start. It is interesting for one reason alone; promotion. You know they engage in them, and will have to, to pay their bills. Building anything more than an ad campaign, is outside the model.
