RE:Patent pending technologyNo lie, it is intended to be forever in Pending. This means the reagents and formulas will never be published, and the patent can be excercised at a moments notice if somene else figures it out. Its actually more protected this way than if it were fully patented. Ive seen it explained properly in a video by the CEO. No time to find the link, but it exists.
