The definitive agreement has been signed with Moosehead... I'm not sure if this is what you were referrig to Early Riser, but a member of the Sproutly group on Facebook just posted a reply to his email from Investor Relations. It is about the upcoming news release and the signed agreement with Moosehead.
"The definitive agreement has been signed with Moosehead, and therefore the agreement is legally binding for our JV. We have been working alongside both legal teams all summer to ensure all required legal documentation is in order. Management is extremly happy about the progress that has been made. Shareholders can expect a company update in the month of September."
