Article states insiders own 52%, someone here mentioned a couple of management types bought more recently.

Fact : This is a nascent industry that is going to be bigger than alcohol &
perhaps tabacco combined some time in the future.
Fact: Sproutly has this APP tech. What we don't know is when it will hit
the market.
Fact: Mooshead has been around for 153 years, that's OLD MONEY,
Old money is NOT stupid money.
Fact: Hawk is an a$$ hole. Going to start calling him D!CKamazing
that he can spend so much of his time away from that Hedge Fund
he runs out of mommy's basement to hang out on a penny stock
BB. Guess he has great time management capabilities.
If this Co. can last in 3 to 5 yrs we' all be as wealthy and popular as D!CK ,
