Hello AllGood morning everyone. It's been a hectic couple months for my wife and I. I retired earlier this year and have relocated from sunny San Diego to the northwest. Now sitting on a beautiful 5 acre park like setting over looking the Puget Sound. In the move it was difficult to access Stockhouse from my Iphone and had to wait till we got set up in the new home computer wise to begin communications once again. With that said, I tried to post and for some reason my SoCalcalm handle name was not accessible to me. Dealing with Stockhouse is quite the pain hense the new adjustment SAMESOCALCALM. I know many of you are wondering if I ever had that call with Dr. Sen and yes I did, and we spent close to an hour on the phone. As you recall Keith Dolo set this up on his way out the door to his new assignment as consultant to the board. Dr. Sen could not of been more honest and straight forward with me I posed those questions that you all submitted and chose a handful that I thought were most important so here's my update. The Moosehead JV is definately a go and are waiting really on Health Canada to provide licensing to those co-packers that the JV has interest in. The exclusivity part of the JV has been changed as I think all of you know which allows Sproutly to partner with multiple beverage partners of which they are in discussion with. As for Dr. Sen taking control and now the CEO. Dr. Sen has a major out of pocket investment into Sproutly and is committed to righting the ship and is not going anywhere. His first priority was to stop the cash burn and that's why some people were let go and other changes were made. His #1 priority is to generate positive revenue above expenditures. No question Covid 19 has slowed now only Sproutly's plans but the entire sector has slowed dramatically as you all should know. They have formulated beverages that they will patented ready to go and he felt strongly they would hit the shelves in the 4th quarter of this year, providing some other unforseen road blocks don't occur with Covid or Health Canada. I asked Dr. Sen where did he see Sproutly one year from now and he quickly responded by saying that we would have multiple JV partners for both beverages and edibles and with that revenue then would allow Sproutly to offer their own proprietary beverages to. Another question that was popular on this board were directed at the patent(s). I do have a good understanding about this as my wife is a parralegal and spent 10 years at a large patent law firm in SD. Dr. Sen explained to me that his patent lawyer who he has had a relationship with for close to 30 years who is not only a lawyer but also a biochemist himself have positioned this patent to be in a pending mode until such time that the company starts to become profitable then they will move that patent approval process forward. I think many of you on this board understood that as Dr. Sen has spoke to that on past videos. It's only the Hawkturds of this board that try to spew their garbage to have the less informed become uneasy or do something stupid like sale their shares. I as you all know by now have a significant position and I'm down a bunch. But I'm long and staying the course for two reasons. If I sale I trigger the loss (stupid thing to do) second reason, after speaking with Dr. Sen I received the affirmation I was looking for and his committment to Sproutly's sucess. This has been a longer road than we all anticipated. However, if you believed in the tech from the start and you believe in this super huge world of beverages that their is a place for an all natural early onset/offset cannabis beverage that tastes great is alcohol free with varying levels of high and relaxation and possible health benefits then stay the course like me. At this current stock price if you already own it, then don't be an a$$ and sale. You know the mases are a$$es and the herd typically sale at the wrong time. So don't listen to Jamesturd, Hawkturd or any of those other turd$. Peace out and stay heathy! SAMESOCALCALM but now in the northwest and loving it. California is going to the dogs with high taxes and the idiotic liberal left.
