They want Sen! First Hillview and now PEPSI has cosigned on APP. BONAFIDE!!! Kalo will now be distributed in all 50 states soon. This is huge for SPR. Because this is the only way to invest in this tech. This is why you will continually see this stock creeping up in the coming weeks. We're $.025 CAD from being debt free. Pepsi is definitely considering a buy out of Hillview!!! You can't duplicate what they got with IBS anywhere. APP partnerships with Hillview, Pepsi, and maybe MH. What other extractor has a line up like this? Institutional investors will have to take notice.
It sounds more like Dr. Sen (IBS) has a partnership with Kalo (not Pepsi). It seems like they (Pepsi) is just providing some sort of distribution arrangement for Kalo.
It would be great if IBS does have an agreement with Pepsi, but based on the available info, I don't think this is the case.
But hey, I have zero problem being proven wrong.
You are correct in the sense that IB signed an APP/Infuz20 supply agreement with KAL/Hillview and not Pepsi and that the distribution deal is between KAL/Hillview and Pepsi.
However, there are implications to consider. Although IB appears to be at arms length from this Pepsi distribution partnership, where KAL goes APP tech goes.
Pepsi is not ready to begin infusing their well known branded tried true billion dollar a year in revenue raking products(22 of them) with Infuz20. Realistically, why the heck would they?!
They have the financial luxury of milking the cow with distribution contracts until the cow proves worthy enough to purchase.
KAL is stand alone at the moment with no risk to Pepsi. They are quite happy adding KAL to the long list of distribution contracts and shelf space. Do not kid yourselves, this is a lucrative business.
We also need to consider what strengths Pepsi has identified in KAL that would lead to such a partnership. I would bet my six figures of $PR shares, it is not the quality of the hemp, the flavours or the cute carbonated bubbles! It is the secret ingredient/APP Technology that Hillview appears to want to keep off the radar that I believe has sparked the interest of Pepsi and commenced the initial stage of business.
In stepping back and understanding the process of conglomerate business, this is a big step in the right direction for IB and hopefully $PR. Considering the current play here so far, it is not unrealistic to suggest IB and $PR will benefit from this distribution deal. After all, KAL without APP Technology is simply another hemp bev.
Although I do not believe so, I can only hope and assume that KAL does not hold exclusivities. This would be a no brainer, one would think, but they originally did it with MH! Private business will not release this info. Sen is on record stating no exclusivity deals anymore unless the price is right. The efforts to keep APP out of the KAL NR by Hillview would also lead me to believe they are not advertising this superior cutting edge tech they have over the competitors for a reason. “Full spectrum hemp” in deed!
