This seems to make a lot of sense, but I would be very concerned that the costs of this would be done in the form of a reverse take over where Spr would absorb IBS (to facilitate the conversion to a publicly traded company). The cost would likely be financed with dilution *if* that is the path that was used.

Has been Sen contemplating a merger between $PR and IB??
I am just speculating here but see for yourself. Shipping available to Canada... will $PR cut a slice of the pie by leasing rights to IB for skin care/topicals??
This leaves a lot to consider!

I cannot say much about a merger or reverse take over as some Naysayer has already needlessly commented. However, I can confirm that these products are available to Canadians and shipping to Canada.
$PR holds the rights to all APP tech in Canada. Therefore, something has taken effect to some extent in order to allow the distribution of APP technologically advanced products to be sold in $PR jurisdiction.
I am leaning toward the assumption that $PR has leased the rights to APP to IB in order to create some quick and much needed revenue. The $PR website clearly states that $PR will leverage and benefit from the deals IB has developed. This would be an easy way to leverage these deals. Lease the rights back to your own company to take advantage of the already developed products. Not much effort from $PR required and done at minimal expenses to $PR(legal and admin.).
I can see shared rights between $PR and IB throughout $PR jurisdictions in order to balance each company and create a support system to carry each other through the tough start up periods. Just my thoughts, pls provide yours. Three bashers need not reply pls.
