There are many ways of making cannabis extract as long as it passes the standard tests to assure consistency and lack of pestcides, harmful chemicals, germs etc. The license relates to cannabis 2.0 extracts and products made with them". I hope that helps and once the licsense is recieved and beverages and edibles can be produced is what I understand Munch.
