I think there are 2 IBS's, Infusion Biosciences which Dr. Sen owns and the company that owns the APP Tech. Then there is Infusion Biosciences Ca. which is basically a licensing arm that the Sprout owns. The Sprout does not own the APP Technology they own the license to use it in the jurisdictions outlined in the purchase of Infusion Bisciences Ca.
Very smart move by the good Dr. two veils of protection between his tech and any outside predators. Just as smart as having the reagents classified as trade secrets (IIRC ) there by not needed to be included with the patent application. Like the recipe for Coca Cola.
Our Dr. Sen is a sly one, he has worked hard for this moment and I'm glad I stumbled onto this because it has the potential to be a cash cow for years to come.
