- Looking to commercially launch edibles this quarter - very positive (and considering that we are already in Q4, I'm hoping this was published with very high confidence!)
- Commercial launch of bevs in Q1 2021 - also positive of course (although I suppose you need to understand what their definition of 'commercial launch' is to really understand what they mean)
- Moosehead has been completely scrubbed from the deck - Despite the knowledge that they were moving away from exclusive deals, I'm still a little nervous about there being NO MENTION of them, considering this was supposed to be their biggest commercial venture to-date
- almost half a billion shares FD - man my eyes hurt reading that
Will post anything else that sticks out after a longer read
MH is till mentioned on page 4. See commercial application tab.
Commercial Applications
_______
Asset-light, technology focused business model for increased scalability
In discussions with Moosehead & others for supply agreements for both infuz2O and BNO
I typed in the Sproutly website and clicked the investor deck which indicates last updated May 2020 in the bottom left corner.
https://sproutly.ca/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Sproutly_Investor_Deck_052020.pdf Unless I am looking at the old deck... MH is mentioned on the following pages.
Page 4 last tab on the right titled Commercial Applications displays the following:
Commercial Applications
_______
Asset-light, technology focused business model for increased scalability
In discussions with Moosehead & others for supply agreements for both infuz2O and BNO
Page 18 titled Multi Faceted Business Model has a box populated with MH as a partnership utilizing Infuz2O.
This page also holds a disclaimer at the very bottom within a green box stating ”(1) The Moosehead Partnership is conditional upon, among other things, completion and execution of the legal documentation necessary to commence operations.”.
I have to point out page 11 while I have your attention as it is one of the major reasons for which I invested. To put it into perspective, it is not a cocky statement and there is nothing arrogant about it. It is the cry of an industry that requires a necessary technological advancement.
In one of Sen’s interviews(I can post the link if anyone wants it) he states that one can conquer the world if they so choose, but the real question is, does it need conquering.
Pls view page 11 titled Cannabis Beverages: Industry Challenges, tab # 3(last tab on the right) titled Flavours and Formulation Challenges which contains a quote from Tom Socquet of Tilray/Fluent Bevs. Read the quote, and you will understand.
Hope this helps Munch and all longs... good days ahead!
