taking a quick pass at it now:

• Looking to commercially launch edibles this quarter - very positive (and considering that we are already in Q4, I'm hoping this was published with very high confidence!)
• Commercial launch of bevs in Q1 2021 - also positive of course (although I suppose you need to understand what their definition of 'commercial launch' is to really understand what they mean)
• Moosehead has been completely scrubbed from the deck - Despite the knowledge that they were moving away from exclusive deals, I'm still a little nervous about there being NO MENTION of them, considering this was supposed to be their biggest commercial venture to-date
• almost half a billion shares FD - man my eyes hurt reading that

There is a new version updated in October 2020.   It has removed the portion on page 4 where it says they are negotiating with others altogether.   They may not call out moosehead anymore because they have several players.   Or worst case moosehead doesn't want to be in cannabis anymore and they have moved on. i doubt it is the latter choice
