RE:Letter of intent
I don't know too much about the cannabis guild. They seem to be a form of consultancy, or a cannabis start-up, or somewhat of a cannabis "chambre of commerce" or match-up service, so I'm going with all of them. One of the benefits of this is that Sproutly doesn't pay out costs of product development. From my perspective, Sen prefers to keep Sproutly more or less derisked financially, which is smart. Good technology has the ability to attract other components of the business equation. With travel being less frequent, it makes sense to have an organization in Canada to take care of various elements of going to market. It will be interesting to see the magnitude of the Guild's reach, given an official production agreement.
