We are 3rd inning of this cannabis bull mkt and SPR struck out long ago on straight pitches (no broker coverage, no MH JV and no patents). Do yourself a favour, just buy some Tier 3 US operators like VEXT, HOLL, INDS...heck even Cdn FLWR or HVT probably work here based on their recent news.
