Ok ill do you the favour and describe it. Call sproutly and ask for Chuck. Ask him to give you a capacity plan for the facility. Ask Chuck to provide you with an explanantion of root cause analysis and six sigma manufacturing protocols. Ask Chuck if he is even certified with his level 1 or 2 health and safety certifications as the acting plant manager.
