Frustrated...
It's really frustrating that sproutly has technology that would blow everyone else out of the water(pun intended) , yet there is nothing to show as of now. They have the analytics to show their solution is superior. They stated that they already have tons of formulations done and by now it would already be a year of shelf life testing based on their update from that last year.
Obviously when a company releases news, they have been sitting on it for a bit before releasing but damn. All this time and still no beverages? thought they would have it ready when legalization started. One reason is the HC regulations and how things changed, but cmon now. Are they building a copacking facility from scratch to create the bevs? did they find anyone as of yet? They already claimed that they secured website domains etc. From their news release back on October 8th, they already done a bunch of stuff.And now they want to change the agreement? I still think that they will launch the JV with Moosehead but cmon it's taken way longer than expected and it's almost June.
Anyway, im not here bashing just stating how i feel and what is ocurring. Anybody with some insight to add?

Def can't take that much time when last year they already have over 40 formulstions done and Sen mentioned how easy it was to make a drink in one of his interviews. Based on their updates, it's finalizing the JV that's taking long but damn.... us is not federally legal yet, so they probably are also waiting for that which is why Sproutly doesn't have the rights... yet
