My gut tells me it'd be a good idea for a bev company to buyout Sproutly/IB, to give them big leverage in the cannabis space. If then a cannabis company wanted to own the tech, they'd have to give up a good portion of their business, as they'd be dealing with a big brewer/pop company with a big purse. So the bev company would likely find itself a big player in the overall cannabis ...more

IBS and Dr Sen would be selling their innovation for pennies on the dollar by taking this route.    They tried to become the retail brand, they failed and now they are executing a realistic plan to address the needs in the cannabis industry today. I would not be happy with a straight sale of the technology for 50 million or whatever small number would be offered at this point.

IMO - No company in their right mind would acquire SPR as it currently exists. Happy to point out the +dozen things that were milestones that are stillpending lol October 24 is the operative date. Expiry date of the Converts and more importantly the SECURED convertible loan to Sen. He'd make alot more personally by calling the loan, realizing security and selling all that unproven tech from ...more

Sen making more on $PR by calling in the one million dollar loan is absolutely ludicrous.  Even if you were to include the outstanding debt of non converted debentures, it does not rival any comparison of the potential revenue this tech is capable of attaining.   I would consider Dr Sen calling in the loan and filing for bankruptcy for the purpose of reclaiming all rights and moving on. ...more

$PROUTLY posesss the BRASS RING everyone in this space is grabbing at . Open your eyes , every article mentions the short falls that every produucer in this sector is facing. Every one of of then would benifit greatly from the Tech we have.   What we need is a consistent push to get the Tech noticed and that is on managements desk.
