questions for Dr. Sen

Good day all.  I've made a request to Keith Dolo if he can make an introduction and connect me  with Dr. Sen.  Keith responded in his usual and professional way.  And he has an outstanding relationship with Dr. Sen and is going to put us on a phone call together.  I'm asking all the longs here for your top couple of questions.  Please keep it to the point, no blah blah, please.  I'm going to take really the top 7 to 10 quesions as I believe we are pretty much on the same page in what we need answers too.  This call could happen at any time as Keith is passing my number onto Dr. Sen soon.  Thanks in advance for your thoughtful questions and please respond with those question right away, thankyou.  Lastly, Keith did have some very positive thoughts regarding Sproutly, and that the JV with Moosehead is very much on and the new Chairman in Constandis is outstanding and now working side by side with Dr. Sen will streamline the business process.  He being Keith felt as he is going out the door that Sproutly and our share value has tremendous upside and was sorry he couldn't get more done over these last 12 months.  Thought that might help some of you add a little giddie up to your step today!!!  Please send you questions in for Dr. Sen ASAP.  Thanks all.  SoCal

Thank you SoCal ! I'd like to know a timeline for the negotiations with Moosehead and product release. Also, are they currently in any serious negotiations with any other companies/LPs for beverage and edibles deals ? Also, are they planning on releasing their OWN line of beverages and edibles soon ?

What he said and to add... Is he planning on staying in the ceo role or is it a transition to whomever? is the company or more specifically the tech for sale? would there be any terms underwhich they'd sign another exclusive deal now that they've exited the exclusivity part of the mh jv ?

Well done as ways SoCal. I would just want to know if they are going their own way with a beverage, and with regards to the Moosehead drinks, when will the formulations for both be submitted to health Canada, and what should the turn around time be before beverages are on the shelf - once the mandatory 60-day waiting period is complete? Could you ask Dr. Sen what the current status of the application for Patent Approval and subsequent patents surrounding APP?  Do they plan to release products even if the patent has yet to be approved or are they waiting to release products only after the Patent(s) have been approved! I'd like to ask Sen if he feels there is any coordinated effort by competitors to marginalize or discredit APP.  APP seems to be the answer to many industry issues, and the key to more successful products.  I also feel that there is a lot about cannabis that most people don't uderstand, or are simply not aware of.  (cannabis vs. hemp vs. MJ / true water solubility).
