I never saw this one... seems to have just been released.  I can’t find the original release date despite the Oct 27th “update”... perhaps it is a new release?

What is very interesting and was never mentioned until now... is that not only have they admitted to loosened FDA regs on Hemp infused edibles but they are now being openly endorsed by State Senators boasting a 250k farm aid incentive to get farmers started on Hemp farms.

Hemp is not just for making rope anymore!  Here comes the boom.  NY will be attempting to legalize again.  This time, with Acreage/Canopy knocking quite a bit harder at the door and now the behemoth PepsiCo already distributing, NY politicians do not seem to have much of a choice.  The puppeteers have spoken.  Time for the puppets to dance... exciting times for IB/$PR!

  yes I'm a trump supporter but I don't think he'll win thus making that camel the president. And she will legalize weed ASAP.  It Will help out Sproutly as HC will need to change there regulations and hopefully edible mg per dose will be go up.  if no news by next week. I'll drop the news about the edibles. And you all know it'll be Bev as one of there

Tantalizing to know that there are a few loose connections crossing SPR/Infusion/Pepsi. Nothing really that direct that I have seen, but it's nice to dream. Could you imagine a Pepsi/SPR partnership for their new wellness bev using MiST? That could be much bigger than any CBD/THC partnership as it could be distributed EVERYWHERE in Canada - grocery stores, convenience stores, health food

I agree that the role of IB in the KAL/Pepsi distribution deal is at arms length, but I still strongly believe that Pepsi is not that interested in the formulated flavours. I’m fairly certain Pepsi has a Willy Wonka sized vault bursting with flavour concoctions along with a plethora of UmpLimpa like scientists forever dabbling and creating. It is, for me, an obvious sign of Pepsi interest in APP

Ok, so it WAS a new release and not just an update.  The press release occurred on Tuesday.  Big news indeed.  The Senators press release was to announce the governors endorsement of CBD infused beverages/edibles in NY state. That’s huge... even more interesting is how Pepsi not only got the drop on the distribution deal but actually commenced distributing before this was even put

I am surprised this official release came out now.   This board has been aware of the development fora while now.  It is nice to see the additional confidence of a further release hilighting the partnership. its just another feather in our cap now as the market begins to take some shape.
