I assume the other two owners in IBS he's referring to are those shady clowns from Novus Merchant Partners.

I know Charles Shin is one of them. Not sure who the other is.

I don't know the validity of a class action here since I ain't no lawyer, but if IBS doesn't have money, Novus probably does. They were clearly doing some self dealing here so maybe there is validity to bringing Novus into a class action, especially if they walk away with the rights.

Maybe better saving your pooled money for a lawsuit instead of burning it by contributing to Sproutly.
