What is there to Promote?

$75K a quarter for IR and stock promotion services. Given their quarterly revenues are less than $25K what are they going to promote? This implies lass than 300 subscribers. I guess they are a little short of their Dec 2021 target of 10,000 paid subcribers. Only bright spot is that Current Assets exceeds Market Cap but given management's burn rate that won't last long. Is there anything new to get excited about?
