Right now the inherent value of ZEU subsidiary iscompletely ignored in the total valuation of SX. Everybody is excited about ZEU going public, and it seems that everyone hear thinks if ZEU does not go public we will have some sort of defeat. Assuming that ZEU does not go public the value of ZEU will be part of the total value of SX. So, it will be nice to see ZEU go public, but if it should not go public the value will still be there, its not a total defeat. The value of SX will then include the value of ZEU.
