My understanding is they are restarting a mine that has already produced 15,000 in the nineties and the equipment and access road is already there. Counfan, correct me if I am wrong, but the financing was to buy neighboring projects from the president personslly and I believe the chairman of the board, successful in other projects running things. The mine should largely be self sustaining when started as the gold is there if the price iof gold right and aerial support needs minimal.

Main issues are the structure and insider alignment with investor interests.
