RE:Bottom callingChomp I agree.  We have begun tax loss selling and that will go on for a couple more weeks. But we also are getting closer to a nr on the drill info we all are waiting for - so long as oil stops falling too and at least holds in the $65-70 range  we couold see some bids in this area. So $.14 is a great price ro get this stock at - congrats if you got some.

I do not beleive the court stuff gets "settled" this month.  It will probaly be deferred into the spring if TPN can.  Putting it off until after the drilling is probably the less risky than having a crazy judge decide to reinforce an injunction in the midle of drilling.
