RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nice Move FridayAn adjournment is fine with TPN and preferable, as a dismissal could open the door for another frivolous attempt to extort the company. However, there was no hinting that they had knowledge of a new pending injunction by anyone else. Just that if this matter is in the courts no other injunction can be brought, and so we are free to drill.
I know the nr on Nov 27th said the court date was today Dec 10th, but I have also heard it may be Friday the 12th. So don't panic if no news on this today tomorrow. Maybe panic a little because oil is down again, that's different, and out of our control. So the stock may sell of a bit more this week if investors think an adjournment is bad news, in addition to weak oil and tax loss selling.
250M bbl x 30% = 83M to TPN at an insitue price of $2/bbl = $166MM mark cap... 9 bagger from here.
I must say Kenya all your analyses a few posts back was inspiring. I am very long. Will not sell ANY until drill is done. And maybe then not even then as we have Block 1 in 6+ months!
