If the hit and we see $.70 -$1.00++ maybe then a modest issue to fund seismic follow up on Badada, plan for future wells. They will get $2.3M from the warrants in March and they are funded on Block 1 drill so no reason to issue at these levels.
Stock has had nice pre drill run in the face of one of the worst oil collapses ever. It dropped because of oil not some "deep discounted issue" that is coming. That is not how these things work.
