"short selling is not a favoured market activity".....What???  Most longs don't like it but short selling is a prefectly acceptable trading strategy used by traders who think shares are overpriced.   In this case, you are right that directors short selling would not be favoured by the company long term shareholders.

I have never shorted TAAT shares in case you are wondering.  I am long and close to all in.  So far I bought 20K in several buys starting in July.  A nibble here, a nibble there and before you know it you have a full plate.
