RE:RE:RE:Can someone explain this Cummings fellow
So let me get this straight.  You are saying Cumming recently sold short 22,000 TAAT shares at $3.00 each.  Is that right?  Do you know when he made that sale?  That doesn't show a lot of confidence at the BOD level if it's true.  The optics are bad.   Something smells rotten. The next question  is did he trade knowing material information  not publically available to us retail investors that could impact the SP negatively.  I hope this is just another untrue rumor from a basher.

A Company Insider Report shows that Cumming sold in the public market on October 5, 6 & 7  a total of 82,125 TAAT common shares at prices ranging from $3.40 to $3.92 to hold no shares.  He still holds 137,500 Options.   So did he go from long to short?

Thanks coalnow2 for sharing that information.  I was thinking of adding shares today on this pullback but didn't like the trading patterns on the chart.  I'll wait for an update on that Cumming trade.
