I did a bit of digging but this is beyond my skill set for being able to figure it out ... doesn't look good on the surface though ... a Director, short selling, sheesh!

I also sent an email to TAAT requesting an expanation so we can better understand what's happening. Hopefully they will respond with a reasonable expanation.

So let me get this straight. You are saying Cumming recently sold short 22,000 TAAT shares at $3.00 each. Is that right? Do you know when he made that sale?
