The patent will take the better part of a year to finalize; however that being said the US Patent Office would not issue a patent to Taat if there was a blend/patent remotely similar. Taat has the open Patent on their blend which is time stamped on the day it was submitted; so any company or person that tries to submit a similar blend/patent would be rejected.
As for a dividend; I don't expect any of the earnings to be used to payout dividends but for growth and more growth, marketing and expansion to sap up as much market share in as little time as possible.
