RE:It looks like the TAAT pullback is going to continueTheGrimReeper wrote: IMO TAAT is still overpriced and the Year End financials didn't do anything to warrant a SP rally so we didn't get one. The statements were pretty disappointing as I suspected they would be because they are a "pre-launch" picture so no big deal there. The 1st Qtr ending January 31 financials will give us a better sense of how the company is doing "post launch".
The chart still points to more near term downside so don't panic if this pullback continues for a while.
TAAT closed at $5.15 when I made that call for more downside and the SP has fallen 20% since then. The negative trading sentiment is still hanging over TAAT and Management is silent about what is happening with the launch rollout.
Investors usually intrepret a no news period as negative and that causes the SP drift sideways or down. I only own 50,000 shares after I unloaded the truck around $5.40 when the chart made it obvious a pullback had started. I admit I didn't expect the SP to fall so much and now it looks like it might drop more. I've lost patience. I'm selling. I'll buy back in when the SP collapse runs it's course.
