Yes it's a new ballgame because the SP today is lower than it was when that was posted. 

What is also new is that the financial statements are going to show that the losses are growing faster than the revenues and TAAT will soon need to raise funds again.  

Other than being totally ignorant about the topic under discussion, what else do you two do?
