IF HLND was profitable before the TAAT purchase happened it's pretty much certain that the HLND-TAAT combination won't be seeing a quarterly profit anytime soon after TAAT lost $7.3 million in Q1 and $33 million in the last year.
TAAT management was already burning through $4 million per quarter before they decided to go into the distributor business. I expect the cash burn and loss to be even higher in Q2 and Q3 as management tries to combine the two companies.
