February 28, 2022: The transaction as contemplated in the agreement between the Company and HLND is expected to close on or about March 15, 2022.
April 21, 2022: Closing of this transaction is expected to occur within ten business days which would be by May 5
May 20, 2022: has successfully closed its acquisition of HLND Holdings, Inc. A full two Months after the original date announced
