Did you include the 5.17% drop today? The chart says a further drop is in the cards. The chart reader's target is back below a buck unless a good news NR changes that. The 3rd Qtr financials release at the end of this month is sure to rock investor confidence and that will have a negative affect on the shareprice so a buck might not be the next new low.
