Unless you have a TV Commercial, nobody os going to notice a banner. Now maybe if the winner recevied the TAAT Buckle and that name assoication was driven home, sure. But all you have ia a nobody banner hanging in the background. Heck, you can't even buy a TAAT in Eugene, and you had how many thousands of people there watchingt the event live! Waste of money......
